Damaged Or Missing Items During Shipping
Claims for missing or damaged items during shipment must be received within 7 days of receipt of the delivery date. Claims reported after the 7th day will be not be honored.
For damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible and provide pictures of the box(es) (of all sides) and of the damaged items. You must save all packing material and the box(es). We will need the pictures and any information that you can provide sent to use via an email so we can start a claim with the freight company.

Order Processing Time
We do our best to process and ship all orders within 7-10 business days. However, there may be occasions where an order may be delayed due to extenuating business circumstances. Please keep in mind that we fully customize and configure your phone system for you before it has shipped. This makes it a plug and play system when it arrives to you! The size of your phone system plays a huge part in how long it will be before it ships. When your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. We do not overcharge you with so-called flat rate shipping. You only pay the exact rate charged by the shipper for your delivery!
- All equipment is tested and programmed/configured prior to shipment then shrink wrapped for protection.
- We can ship to nearly any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, weights and package size.
- The shipping charges cover actual shipping, insurance, labor and professional boxing, and packing material.
Shipping to the lower 48 United States of America
We ship to the lower 48 United States via FedEx Ground or Home service by default. If you reside in the lower 48, our online shipping system will calculate the correct shipping costs and add them to your purchase automatically. No further action on your part is necessary unless you require us to ship via the USPS; you will then need to see Calculate Your Own Shipping and Payment section below for details.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, AA, AE, and AP (APO/FPO)
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, AA, AE, and AP are sent via the USPS. The USPS has a shipping weight limit of 70 pounds and this requires us to ship your order in two or more boxes. Even with the additional box(es), the cost to ship via the USPS is less than FedEx or UPS. Complete shipping costs MUST be paid in full prior to shipment of an order. See Calculate Your Own Shipping and Payment section below for details.
ALL international shipments must be prepaid via a bank wire transfer before we can ship. Unless you are on a US military base, we cannot accept credit card payments any longer. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make payment arrangements.
International orders can also be shipped via USP, FedEx, or your shipping service. Orders shipped via the USPS have a 70-pound weight limit (some countries are less) and they may also have a size limit too. Please check with your postal service or FedEx for local size and weight restrictions. We can also ship via ocean carrier to save you a lot of money. If we ship via ocean freight most likely there will be a port fee assessed when you pick up your packages. We do not know what this fee will be as it varies from port to port but we have found it to run between $125.00 to $250.00 USD. The port fee is in addition to the shipping costs and/or government fees such as customs duty etc. Even with the port fee, you will still save money over the other options. The bad part is that it takes four to six weeks for shipping alone.

We have no control over what your country charges for customs fees, duties, taxes or any other fee your county may impose to import products. You will be solely responsible for these charges.
International shipments DO NOT include power cords. If you would like US style power cords with your international shipment, please contact us prior to shipment and we will include them at no cost to you. We apologize but at this time we do not offer any other style of power cords.
Please do not ask us to claim a lower value amount or as a gift on the customs declaration. We cannot do that as a legitimate business practice.
Calculate Your Own Shipping Costs and Payment
If you want to go to www.usps.com or www.fedex.com to calculate the shipping and complete a purchase online, our zip code is 32025. Please be sure to include insurance coverage in the amount of your order. Our regular box size is 20x20x20 and for $25 per order, we can double box your order. Those boxes will be 24x24x24. Please note that some locations have a size/weight limitation and the larger 24x24x24 boxes cannot be utilized. Check with your local postal service for local restrictions and limitations.
Once you get the full rate you can place your order on our online store then subtract the difference between what the online store charged you and what the USPS site says the full amount will be. Then please send us the difference via PayPal to email@example.com. You can also call our office at 386.753.4773 to make the additional shipping payment between the house at 10:00 and 20:00 (8pm) EST.
Once we confirm payment for your order and complete shipping, we will process your order and ship it to you. An email will be sent to you once your order has been delivered to the post office with the tracking information.
